How to opt in and out of Move Concierge

Navigate to the transaction you want to opt in or out of.
On the right-hand side of the transaction summary, locate the "Move Concierge" section.
Find the "Status" field, which displays either "Opted In" or "Opted Out."
Click the status to switch between opting in and opting out.
A green confirmation banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming your selection.

BackAgent automatically defaults buyers to being opted in to Move Concierge. Unfortunately, there is currently no option to change this default setting or opt out of multiple transactions at once. Agents must manually opt out of Move Concierge for each transaction individually.

Save Time & Money – Compare available promotions and potentially save 5–6 hours of research and phone calls.
Completely Free – No cost to the buyer; participating service providers compensate Move Concierge.
