Can I have my commissions paid to an LLC?

Yes, we will be able to pay commissions to your LLC! Per TREC, you must have a licensed business entity registered with TREC. Please Read This From TREC.

Here is the required criteria that must be met by TREC in order for OnDemand Realty to pay commissions to your LLC:

• Your LLC must be registered with the Secretary of State

• You must provide OnDemand Realty the LLC name, mailing address, phone number, and EIN number. 

• You must be approved by TREC to collect commissions through an LLC. To do this, you must apply under TREC My Agent Services "Business Entity Registration" (See image below).

Please note, we CANNOT pay any DBA, only the LLC with proof of the above.
