Hurdlr + 2026 Planning

This week we rolled out our newest tool Hurdlr. A one stop shop to link your bank account(s) and manage your income, expenses and milage all in one easy-to-use app. Im on my second year using Hurdlr and im telling you.. This is easy as it comes and one less hassle in this business to worry about taxes and write-offs at the end of the year.

You will then get an email sent to you to set up your account. Its my recommendation to open the email through your phone so you can download the app, turn on milage tracking, link your bank accounts, and you're ready to swipe left and right whether it be a personal transaction or business related transaction.

Changes coming to OnDemand Realty in 2026

MID WINTER AWARDS

We will be adjusting the volume tiers to receive a crystal trophy at Mid Winter.

New tiers:

  • $3mm–$5mm

  • $5mm–$10mm

  • $10mm+

ACCOUNTABILITY MEETINGS

Weekly accountability meetings next year will begin having specific topics and 15–45 minute trainings at the beginning of meetings. The topic will be announced the Friday prior to the following week.

  • Marketing (Canva/Lofty)

  • Contracts

  • Transaction issues

  • Vistaprint

RECRUITING BONUSES

Good news:
Each Realtor you refer is now worth $2,000 as of 1/1/2026.

Bad news:
We will be very firm in regards to only accepting Realtors with more than 6 sale transactions in the past 12 months without a strong reason why of their lack of production in the previous 12 months.

TXR & TREC Changes for 1/5/2026

Texas Realtors and TREC have made some changes to many forms we use daily. Please review the video below to learn and understand these changes. 

Also, if utilizing templates through Dotloop, TransactionDesk or ZipForms, please ensure you update your forms with the most recent forms with the date 1-5-2026 in the top right corner of the form.

Here are additional ways to generate leads and diversify your business beyond traditional methods. These strategies are designed to create consistent opportunities while maximizing your time and effort.

Avoid being a jack of all trades. Identify three to five lead generation methods you enjoy and have seen success with, execute them consistently, and then reevaluate midway through the year to measure performance and refine your strategy.
